About Us

Echobay Partners is a private investment company specializing in the Exchange Industry Vertical. The firm was started by Vincent Lanci, an 18 year veteran commodity option trader, to take advantage of macroeconomic changes affecting the business of trading.

As an active fund manager overseeing a $50MM energy derivatives portfolio, Vincent saw firsthand the combined effects technology and regulatory policies could have on the Exchange and Broking business models. He began to explore ways to better leverage this experience as an incubator of technology firms in the exchange space.

Echobay Partners ltd. was formed in 2007 to invest in those technology startups, exchanges, and other early stage businesses best positioned to prosper given the pronounced changes in their industries.
